A｜In-store purchase

Welcome to the Conghua Niang store! We offer freshly-fried scallion pancakes, frozen products, and limited-edition flavors.

B｜Official website orders

Please order directly from the Cong Hua Niang official website. After payment is completed, shipments will be arranged in the order received.

C｜Order by LINE

Order via the official LINE account (@ladyscallion) and customer service will assist you with product and delivery confirmation.

D｜Phone order

If it's inconvenient to place an order online, you can also call our customer service at 02-89666555 for assistance with your order.

Payment Methods

(( 03/Payment Methods ))

Credit card online payment

We support credit card payments including Visa, Mastercard, and JCB. You can securely complete your online checkout directly on our official website.

After successful payment, the system will automatically confirm your order and arrange the subsequent shipping process.

ATM Transfer / Bank Transfer

After placing your order, the system will provide exclusive payment information. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be arranged for shipment in sequence.

If payment is not completed by the deadline, the system may automatically cancel your order.

Cash on Delivery

After the goods are delivered to the designated address, you can directly pay the delivery person.

Some delivery methods may incur a collection fee; the actual amount will be displayed on the checkout page.

蔥花娘商品皆採冷凍低溫配送，商品將依訂單順序安排出貨，由黑貓冷凍宅配配送至指定地址。
配送時段可選擇：

不指定 下午 1 點前 下午 2 點－6 點
  • 實際到貨時間仍依物流配送狀況為準。
  • 若有指定到貨需求，請於訂單備註欄填寫。
  • 節慶期間或物流繁盛期，配送時間可能略有延遲。
  • 商品送達後請立即冷凍保存。
  • 若因無人收件或資訊錯誤導致退回，再次配送之運費需由消費者負擔。
  • 為降低商品因長時間配送影響品質，建議優先選擇較早時段收貨。

台灣本島運費

金額 $1,500 元以下 ――― 180 元

金額 $1,500 ~ 2,199 元 ――― 150 元

金額 $2,200 元以上 ――― 免運

台灣外島運費

金額 $1,500 元以下 ――― 180 + 150 元

金額 $1,500 ~ 2,199 元 ――― 150 + 150 元

金額 $2,200 元以上 ――― 每箱 + 150 元

Invoice Information

(( 06／發票開立 ))

每筆訂單皆會開立電子發票，並依結帳時填寫之資訊進行開立。

個人發票：一般消費者可直接選擇電子發票，系統將於訂單完成後自動開立。

公司戶發票：若需開立公司統編發票，請於結帳時填寫：公司抬頭、統一編號，系統將依填寫資訊開立正式發票。

  • 發票一經開立後，恕無法任意修改統編資訊。
  • 若發票資訊填寫錯誤，請儘早聯繫客服協助處理。
  • 如有特殊開立需求，歡迎提前與客服聯繫。
