Returns and Exchanges Policy

To protect your rights, please read the following return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order:

Most products sold by Lady Scallion are frozen and fresh foods. Due to the special nature of these products, they are not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period as stipulated by Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act regarding reasonable exceptions.

 


01|No 7-Day Cooling-Off Period

Lady Scallion's products are:

  • Perishable food items
  • Products with a short shelf life
  • Frozen/fresh food items

Therefore, once an item has been shipped, returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as personal taste, subjective perception, temporary cancellation, or improper storage, unless the item itself is defective.

Before placing an order, please confirm the product content, specifications, and storage instructions.

 


02|Acceptable Return and Exchange Conditions

If you encounter any of the following situations after receiving your order, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt:

  • Product content does not match the order
  • Product quantity is short
  • Product packaging is severely damaged
  • Product damaged during shipping
  • Product has obvious temperature loss or thawing
  • Product itself is defective or abnormal

Please provide the following:

  • Order number
  • Product photos
  • Outer box photos
  • Video or photos of the problematic product

We will assist you with the return/exchange process as soon as possible.

 


03|Unacceptable Return and Exchange Conditions

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Product has been opened or consumed
  • Due to personal taste or preference
  • Product spoilage due to failure to follow storage instructions
  • Not immediately frozen/refrigerated upon receipt
  • Delivery failure due to incorrect address or no one to receive the package caused by personal reasons
  • Exceeded the customer service processing time limit (24 hours)
  • Minor extrusion of the outer box that does not affect the product itself

Step 3|Arrange for pickup or re-delivery

Once confirmed, we will arrange for logistics to pick up or re-deliver the product.

Step 4|Complete Refund/Exchange

Refund, re-delivery, or exchange will be processed based on the actual situation.

 


05|Refund Instructions

Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method:

  • Credit card payment: Refund to the original credit card account
  • Bank transfer: Refund to the designated bank account
  • LINE Pay/Third-party payment: Processed according to the platform's operating schedule

Refund times will vary depending on the operating procedures of each bank and payment platform.
